Boyce Student Housing

  1. The next step after being accepted into Boyce College is to apply for housing.
  2. Submit your housing application and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee.
  3. You will receive a dorm offer email from us in October/April, requesting a $200 housing deposit.
  4. Once your housing deposit has been paid, you will receive your housing assignment and roommate/suitemate names as early as mid-July or mid-December.

Mullins Complex

The Mullins Complex was completely renovated in 2014 and houses both men and women of Boyce College. The typical suite in the complex houses 2 – 6 occupants, and most suites include a common kitchenette and dining area, lounge and TV space, and 1-2 bathrooms.

Fuller Hall

Fuller Hall is a suite style dorm with a common kitchenette and bathroom shared by 2-4 individuals. Fuller Hall was completely updated in Spring of 2018 and includes an updated lounge area on the first floor.

A comfortable gathering area for students and their friends.

This public lounge area includes several great places to study or hang out, including kitchens, meeting rooms, a concert venue, and more.

Student Housing Dorm

Dining Services

Room and Board fees include meal plans. All students who live in residence halls are required to participate in a meal plan. Meal plans can be used in the Dining Hall or Founders’ Café. The Dining Hall includes an entrée buffet, a made-to-order grill, a rotisserie, and a soups, salads, and subs bar. Founders’ offers a wide selection of drinks, sandwiches, wraps, and snacks and is conveniently located to serve your needs in between classes.
