As each semester approaches, online registration instructions, dates, and times are posted at online registration. If you wish to register and do not have your web registration password, contact the Office of Academic Records at academicrecords@sbts.edu.

If you are an on-campus student, you will not be allowed to register for online courses until the day classes begin, and you may take only one online course per semester. Exceptions are made in a very limited number of cases. Applications for exemptions are available in the Office of Online Education or online, Boyce Early Registration Form.

If you are a continuing online only student, you must register online for courses during continuing registration dates. Please note that credit hours earned through online courses do not count as a part of your on-campus requirement.

If you are a new internet only student and have been notified of your acceptance, you must register online during continuing registration dates.

Overnight shipping costs for course materials may apply to those who register after classes have begun. Absolutely no online course registration will be accepted after the last day of web registration.

All online courses count toward your regular semester’s maximum course load. Courses are limited to 20 students each. Register as early as possible.

If you are a Boyce College Online student and you plan to take courses on-campus, you must fill out the Internet Transfer Request Form.

If you need to drop an internet course, fill out the Course Drop Form.
