Kevin DeYoung preached to the students of Boyce College last week, and it was outstanding. His text was Mark 3:7-19, and his topic was “Defining Discipleship Down.” The title is a riff on Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s 1993 article “Defining Deviancy Down.” This is a must-listen. Boyce College students have access to Southern Seminary’s Hagan Clinic. The clinic offers a limited health maintenance program, staffed by a charge nurse and physician. Upon presentation of valid identification, current students and their immediate family may use the clinic.
Appointments are scheduled by calling (502) 897-4497 weekdays, and honored according to arrival, yet urgent cases do receive priority. Repeated cancellation results in the loss of future access.
Students pay a five dollar charge for consultation with the physician, and all fees are due at the time of service.
