Boyce College Fall 2019 Orientation Registration

Welcome to Boyce College! We look forward to meeting you at Fall 2019 Orientation. This registration form is for Fall 2019 only. Orientation begins on Thursday, Aug. 15th and is required for all new students who plan to take classes on campus (not required for online-only students). Dual Enrollment students who plan to come to campus for classes are not required but are encouraged to come.

  • Orientation is required for all new students. If you have extenuating circumstances that may prevent you from attending, please explain your reason below and our Student Life staff will contact you soon to discuss your situation.
  • Every student may bring 2 complimentary guests. There will be a $5.00 charge to your student account for each additional guest beyond the 2 complimentary.
  • If so, please let us know below so we can best accommodate you when you arrive.
  • Please select a time below that best works with your travel arrangements to check in for New Student Orientation. On campus students will receive their room key and move in, assisted by a small army of student leaders, during this time as well.
  • Please list all allergies in the box below.
  • Kentucky state law requires that all full-time resident students be given information from the CDC regarding meningitis and the vaccine that is available. The state also requires that the student indicates whether they have had the vaccine (and the date of the vaccine) or have opted to decline the meningitis vaccine. The meningitis vaccine is not a requirement to attend SBTS/Boyce College. However, it is required that you read the provided information and indicate the immunization status of the student.   • Kentucky state law requires that all post secondary students read an information form from the CDC regarding Hepatitis B and the vaccine that is available to prevent this disease. The state also requires that the student indicates whether they have had the vaccine (and the date of the vaccine) or have opted to decline the Hepatits B vaccine. This vaccine is not a requirement to attend SBTS/Boyce College. However, it is required that you read the provided information and indicate the immunization status of the student.     Childcare is available Thursday evening during the Commissioning Service. Register for childcare here.
