The Basics

Boyce gives you the flexibility and convenience of enrolling in your first semester courses right from home. This webpage will give you all the information necessary to pick your courses and be ready for your first semester! Note: Class registration will be open until the first day of the Fall semester.


Some things to know:

You’ll use this website to enroll, pay tuition, and search for scholarships.


This website is where you access your courses after you enroll through In Canvas, you’ll access your syllabus (which includes your texbook list), see your assignments, and contact your professor. When ready, you can click here to view a helpful video on Canvas.

New Student Orientation

New on-campus students are required to register for orientation. Find out more and register here.


Classes begin Monday, August 14th for Fall students.

Course Selection

* Seminary track students are encouraged to contact once they have enrolled to confirm course sequence.
** Music/Worship students are encouraged to contact the Music department to confirm first-semester course selections.


Undecided on your major? A good first-semester option is to follow our Humanities track as these courses can easily transfer into most degrees.


Wondering how many hours to take? Most students will take between 12-18 credit hours of classes. Twelve hours is the minimum number of hours you can take and still be considered full-time (important for financial aid).

How to Register

Class Registration at Boyce College


  1. Go to This website is your student portal where you can access your tuition bills, search for scholarships, and more.
  2. Under “Student Tools,” complete your Student Information form by clicking on “Information Form.” The form must be filled out before you can register for any class.
  3. Click on “Registration” to view the class registration page.
  4. Filter by term (Summer/Fall), sub-term (for online students only), location (Louisville/Online), and school (Southern Seminary/Boyce College).
  5. All Boyce College courses are two letters and 3 numbers (ex: CP100 The Cooperative Program)
  6. Click the blue plus “+” sign next to any course you want to enroll into. (Don’t see the plus “+” button? Contact the admissions office for assistance.)
  7. Within 24 hours, the courses you selected will be accessible through Canvas. Once in Canvas, you can access syllabi (including required textbooks), the course schedule, and contact the professor. Syllabi may not be available until mid-late summer for Fall courses.

How and when to pay for courses

Payment for tuition (and on-campus housing) is completed through under the “Account Information” tab. Bills are typically available the beginning of the month classes start.


Payment due dates for Summer/Fall 2017 classes are as follows:


First day of class


Third Monday of the semester (August 28th, 2017). Until this date, courses can be dropped or added with no penalty.
