Be our guest for an afternoon and let us show you how Boyce College is uniquely structured to assist you as you prepare for greater faithfulness and fruitfulness in Christian leadership and service.

Details and Accomodations

Individual campus visits are scheduled Monday though Friday. In order to offset travel costs, we gladly offer up to two nights of lodging and meals for prospective students and their immediate family members on their first visit. Additional friends are always welcome, though housing charges may apply. If you are flying in to Louisville International Airport or traveling by bus, please note this on the online request form. We will arrange for a complimentary shuttle bus to transport you and your family.

9:30 a.m. Admissions and Financial Aid Presentation

10:00 a.m. Chapel Service (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

11:00 a.m. Lunch with an Admissions Counselor

12:00 p.m. Campus and Housing Tour

1:00 p.m. Class Visitation

Please note: Due to the structure of summer classes and faculty travel, class visitation and faculty interaction is limited during the summer months. Please contact the Admissions Office if you have any specific requests regarding your visit.

To Schedule Your Visit:

Check the calendar to ensure that your anticipated visit day does not fall on a holiday or school break. While we do welcome you to visit during breaks and summer vacation, please be aware that classes are not in session and faculty members may not be available.

Register online or call to schedule your visit. We prefer a two week notice so that we can adequately prepare for your visit. While we are always glad to schedule visits within the two week window and accomodate visitors who “drop by,” we prefer to prepare for your visit so that you are served with excellence.

Watch for a confirmation email to arrive in your inbox! Once we get all of your details arranged, we will confirm the date, time and accomodations as well as include helpful information for your travel and arrival.
