Scheduling: It is recommended to request a Group Visit two weeks in advance for the best accommodations; however, the more notice, the better. We can be flexible in working with your group’s schedule (day/time) in order to create a personalized visit experience. Please notify us as soon as possible if your anticipated arrival or group size changes before your visit.
Dates: We are available to host group visits throughout the year on most weekdays, with the exception of national holidays, large campus events and/or special events. Feel free to contact admissions to check availability of your preferred date (502-897-4201).
Group size: We suggest a minimum of 8 students for a Group Visit. Groups smaller than 8 are encouraged to register for our regular campus visits. Groups are encouraged to have at least one chaperone per 15 students attending the visit. (Chaperones are expected to remain with the group for the entirety of the visit.)
Lodging: Our campus boasts a convenient and affordable on-site hotel for our guests. You can find out more about the Legacy Hotel and book your room online. Occasionally, the Admissions Office is able to provide limited complimentary lodging for groups of Juniors and Seniors. If you have questions regarding this policy, feel free to contact our office. Hotel accommodations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis pending large campus and community events.
